The Mid-Hocking Conservation Areais HRC’s largest preserved area covering 94 acres south of the City of Logan between the Hocking River and Wells Road. The land consists of approximately 80 acres of mature riparian forest and 15 acres of reclaimed farm land. HRC is reclaiming the farm land through tree and wildflower planting. We are working to eradicate three invasive species, Japanese Hops, Poison Hemlock and Autumn Olive, on the property. The property has two small ponds and a parking area.
